Casa Buzzo Guesthouse (established 1975) is a 3 star family run guesthouse situated in a quiet residential area close to Edinburgh's city centre. We are only a short walk from the main road with a frequent bus service into the city centre (around 5 minutes by bus).

Casa Buzzo Guesthouse is particularly handy for attractions such as Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament, Festival Theatre, Royal Commonwealth Pool and Arthur's Seat.

The house enjoys splendid views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags which you can enjoy whilst savouring breakfast served every morning in our traditional dining room. We will happily cater for special dietary requirements on request. Should guests be leaving early in the morning a breakfast tray will be provided the previous night.

Free on-street car parking is available, and all rooms have TV's and FREE WIFI.

Edinburgh is a vibrant city to see at any time of the year, but especially during the Edinburgh Festival, and we are situated close to the 'old town' of Edinburgh where many of the venues are located.
